Have used Shuperb before and been happy with product and price. However, I do not like the returns policy. Asking for a fiver in the box in order to use the returns label is not on. Used cheaper Royal mail option. Not refunded the original postage on returned item.
So I'm about £7 down.
So maybe you can say it's my fault for choosing something that didn't look as good in the flesh and why should Shuperb foot the bill? Goodwill - that's why. Afraid I won't be using them again.
