I ordered a pair of patent dress shoes from Shuperb via ebay and they arrived promptly and looked very good quality... however although I had ordered a wide pair they were not wide enough for my feet. I did not force them as they would have to be returned and only tried them on on a carpet and with thin socks of course. I returned them via ebay and was credited immediately without fuss. A shame, as I had to wear an old pair of dress shoes for my "do" My fault I guess for having very wide feet. I will be wary of ordering shoes online again. Thanks anyway for the prompt refund. RCH
