Delivery was prompt and the item was as described. However, shopping at Shuperb could be more customer friendly if the postage cost when item was ordered was the same when customer decides to return the same item.
Charging £5 for return using your preferred pre- paid facility is discouraging if customers decides to return or exchange an item for any cogent reason(s) as in my case for example the size was not right .
