I ordered the CARLOS shoes . Order process was good , smooth , easy to follow etc . The order was placed , I was kept informed by the shipping company and they arrived in a very quick time . I was over the moon , until I opened the box . These shoes were advertised as being Leather Soled shoes , they turned up and the soles are plastic , I was not happy and immediately emailed you about it . I received a response and have been in discussions with a member of your staff ( Matt ) about getting some sort of discount off my next purchase. I am interested in the KIKO Cuban heeled shoes , Black in UK 9.5 size , but they are unavailable at this time . Matt emailed me . apologising and asking some more questions about my next purchase which I responded to on 30th March . Matt is supposed to get back to me and advise when you are likely to get these back in and also advise what sort of discount you are prepared to offer me .
