Communication was a bit slow, it tooks nearly two weeks for an answer to my first quieries. Shipment suffered a delay of a few days, probably due to the carrier. Price of shipment was on the high side - I imagine Shuperb's prices must be very good for the home market, not so buying from abroad. Product (Grafters steel-toe chelsea dealer safety boots) is good quality but shoes presumably need to be run in for long because unlike other models of the same brand I've used, seams and leather are very hard and hurt the malleolus quite a bit. I appreciate Shuperb's vast catalogue.
