What is going on with my order?
It has been 3 weeks since I paid for my delivery and yet I have been pushed from pillar to post. I have had contact with 3 of your staff and yet have still not had this problem resolved,
The fault seems to lie with the courier service that you have chosen. If you have issues with them, that is not my problem,
Please re-despatch my order through an alternative courier 1st class and remunerate me for this massive inconvenience!!
