i had a consultation in Bath with a great podiatrist for a purpose built orthotic costing more than £200. The staff in the shop were atrocious. I had asked for a fitting appointment with the same podiatrist and was given one 6 weeks later - as she was very busy. I kept phoning to ask for a cancellation visit and was told i was on the list. A few days before the 6 weeks i was told i could not see her unless i paid another £48 fee and that i would only be given another check up appointment 6 weeks after i had been wearing it. Their communication skills and attitude were appalling. i would never recommend this firm. They are expensive rude and incompetent.
