“i had a consultation in Bath with a great podiatrist for a purpose built orthotic costing more than £200. The staff in the shop were atrocious. I had asked for a fitting appointment with the same podiatrist and was given one 6 weeks later - as she was very busy. I kept phoning to ask for a cancellation visit and was told i was on the list. A few days before the 6 weeks i was told i could not see her unless i paid another £48 fee and that i would only be given another check up appointment 6 weeks after i had been wearing it. Their communication skills and attitude were appalling. i would never recommend this firm. They are expensive rude and incompetent.”
“It seems the store is always short staffed and with what the staff have to deal with is crazy. The staff try to give you all there attention, however they can’t as there are more customers then staff. I have been in store a few times, wasting my time waiting to be served. The treatments are expensive from what they used to be. Retention of staff is awful. A couple of years ago there were great staff who knew your name, knew when to approach, who were familiar with you and could have a good natter etc. I have noticed also the stock is way cheaper online elsewhere.”
