It seems the store is always short staffed and with what the staff have to deal with is crazy. The staff try to give you all there attention, however they can’t as there are more customers then staff. I have been in store a few times, wasting my time waiting to be served. The treatments are expensive from what they used to be. Retention of staff is awful. A couple of years ago there were great staff who knew your name, knew when to approach, who were familiar with you and could have a good natter etc. I have noticed also the stock is way cheaper online elsewhere.
