Signos is amazing! I am a nurse with an extensive knowledge of blood glucose and insulin and how the body processes food however using a CGM has shocked me into realizing how differently my body process "sugars"! I never would have known this without Signos and I love that I can see what foods are doing to my glucose. Ive lost weight without a crazy fad diet or meds and can make life long changes. This could be life changing for so many just like it has been for me.
