Love the education in the app and the data to help me make better choices. Basically when it works, it’s wonderful.
However, my 4th and 5th CGMs have had issues and the hoops you are forced to jump through for help are so insane that I dropped it completely for one. The second time the device gave a critical error immediately upon initial calibration, and a screenshot showing as much as well as a report wasn’t enough to get a replacement sent. Currently in the process where what is needed is complete overkill and not even sure if they will send a replacement after their lack of support the first time (readings very low and not holding recalibration attempts x3).
Basically - the knowledge rocks but the customer service is sluggish and a bit insulting so far.
