The organization has been responsive when I need help (for example a failed sensor). I don’t use their coaching so I won’t comment on that aspect of it.
I find it very helpful to know what impact various foods have on my blood glucose. I’m learning tons about what I should eat and what I should avoid. And gradually my behavior is changing.
I wish my weight was changing as rapidly, but it isn’t. Still it is trending lower day by day. This program helps me make better and better choices.
