Really enjoy the insights this gets me. I wanted to loose a few pounds, but the main reason was to understand how my body reacts to different foods, and I have learnt a lot. There is no surprice in e.g. a piece of bread resulting in a spike, but especially reastaurant dishes have surprised me. Dishes that are supposed to be low in carb, have sometimes given me a big spike in glucose - so, I guess they add sugar... Very insightfull. Also interesting to see how the order of food intake affects glucose.
The app is very good and easy to manage. The support is not too impressive, they are just rattling off the FAQ instead of reading the question and answering it.
