Signos CGM has been assisting me to be able to monitor my blood glucose to aid in weight loss. I was worried about putting the monitor on but reallt there is no pain - it is so easy. It has been amazing to see what different foods do to my blood glucose. I continue to loose weight slow and steady. Thank you for the assit Signos.
