I love my Signos! It enables me to see the effects of what I eat or drink right away, which has allowed me to stay on a healthy eating plan. Since using Signos I've been able to drop my A1C significantly and reduce my medication by 1/2! I'm hoping to be completely iff my meds at my next appointment.
