I needed to add a sign to an order that was placed one hour earlier. Called and was told to canceled the order , and replace it with another. When I did, they more than doubled the cost of shipping. First order 4 signs. shipping was $9.99 Second order 5 signs, shipping now $21.99. Same shipping speed and time. BS
