“I’ve used Signs On The Cheap before without issues, but this experience completely changed my view of them. I submitted a high-quality file that looked crisp and clear. After I paid, I was told by their team that the image might come out blurry. Naturally, I asked for a simple confirmation: will it print sharp or not? Instead of answering that basic question, they kept sending proofs and asking me to approve. Every time I asked for a clear yes-or-no, I got the same response — basically telling me to approve it and that “we can agree to disagree” on the quality. That’s not acceptable. If you’re the printer, you should be able to confirm whether a file will print clearly. Instead, it felt like they were trying to push me to approve the order so that if it came out blurry, it would be my responsibility. This turned into a complete waste of time with constant back and forth and no real answer. I’ve never had a company refuse to confirm something this basic. I ended up requesting a refund because I lost confidence in them entirely. If you’re ordering from here, be very careful — don’t assume they’ll stand behind the quality of what they print.”

“For 20 years I've been ordering signs from signs on the cheap 12x18 one color black ink now they're telling me my sign is a two color sign because my phone number is in reverse type it's always been one color black. I had to argue with customer service for an hour it was terrible”

“Bad experience with this company, I received the wrong size sign, i sent them proof of what was ordered and I have the order that shows what i order got a small sign. tried to just get my order redone to what i ordered, all it is is going back and fourth with emails. when you call in customer service is no help. I will no longer use this company. Found a cheaper company and they do excellent work.”

“I was very skeptical after reading a bunch of negative reviews, to the point I almost didn't place my order. I'm glad I took the chance. I'm extremely pleased with the quality, shipping was fast, pricing was excellent. I had a small issue with 1 item and Andrene in customer service was a pleasure to deal with and resolved the issue quickly. Highly recommended!!!”

“This company is not worth using. Lost my order and when I emailed them, they said they did not see my order then took the money out of my account 1 hour later and when I asked about it, they cancelled my order all together, NOT HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY. NOT RECOMMENDED!!! Customer service is a minus 10”

“This company has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. My order showed up more than a month late, and when it finally arrived, they had botched the printing on my business cards—a mistake that should never happen with a professional printing service. Apparently, they use a third-party company to print their orders. The customer service was even worse. The reps repeatedly fed me empty promises, saying they would “call me back with answers,” yet not once did anyone follow up. It felt like they just wanted to get me off the phone instead of actually helping. This level of incompetence and disregard for customers is unbelievable. I strongly urge anyone considering this company to look elsewhere.”
