“1-Star Review — Avoid This Company I've spent thousands of dollars with this company over the past year or two and ordered postcards, yard signs, and other print materials regularly. That relationship is over after this experience. I submitted my postcard design through their online system with an indicia (postage marking) correctly placed in the top right corner, exactly as required. When the postcards arrived, the indicia was missing from that position, making them unusable for mailing. I emailed the company, and after two to three weeks of "we're looking into it," they admitted the design I submitted did in fact show the indicia in the correct spot — and then told me they weren't responsible for the error anyway. All I wanted was a reprint with the indicia placed correctly. That's it. Instead, I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. During that dispute, I went to pull the original order and images from my account to submit as proof — and found the company had banned me from my own account. When Discover asked for documentation, I couldn't provide it because the company had cut off my access. The dispute ultimately didn't go my way, not because I was wrong, but because I was locked out of the evidence. This is bad business from top to bottom — from how the error was handled, to how the complaint was "investigated," to being blocked from my own account at the exact moment I needed it most. I don't say this lightly given how much business I've sent their way, including referring other business owners. I'll be walking those referrals back and telling people to steer clear. If you're considering this company: don't. Find a printer that stands behind its own proofs and doesn't lock you out when things go wrong.”

“DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! I used them several years ago with great results. I have placed two orders in the last couple months and neither order arrived. The most recent one has a label created but never turned over to USPS. This company is a mess!”

“I ordered bright fuschia flags and neon green yard signs. The printed colors ended up being basically prime colors. Why even have any other color choices if your printing abilities are inadequate to match the design? I am a dissatisfied customer and will not use your services ever again unless you can remedy your errors.”

“Ordered 18 x 12 signs with stakes, double sided. When we recieved the signs, they were 24 x 18 and 1 sided, very blurred graphics and no stakes. I would not recommend this company to anyone. When I called the people all they wanted to do was argue with me.They didn't offer any way to fix it. So be aware, do not get your signs from these people. when they mess up, they say it's your fault, not theirs.”

“I was very disappointed with the ordering experience. The biggest issue was the shipping cost. During the ordering process, the final shipping charge was not presented in a clear and transparent way. Only after placing the order did I realize that I was being charged nearly $20 for shipping business cards. Charging around $20 to deliver a small box of business cards within Texas (to Houston) is excessive by itself. Hiding or failing to clearly communicate that cost during checkout makes the experience feel misleading and far from customer-friendly. I don’t mind paying fair shipping costs, but I do expect complete pricing transparency before I commit to a purchase. Unexpected charges like this damage trust and make me think twice before ordering again. The print quality may be good, but the checkout experience and lack of transparent pricing significantly overshadowed it. I hope the company improves its pricing transparency and provides customers with clear shipping costs before payment.”

“We are in Hawaii and almost nothing gets shipped here fast. Also we have a very short campaign season for primary elections so we were in a hurry. Fortunately you got our beautiful campaign banners here in about 4 business days and we are thrilled. Now we can use them in the 4th of July parades! (we weren't sure they'd make it but they did, several days early!) We absolutely love Signs on the Cheap and will keep using you guys, even if our candidate wins! Thank you guys for a beautiful product at a fair price.”

“My sign arrived promptly on time and was exactly what I wanted. However, it was missing one of the two stakes that I ordered. I promptly notified Signs On the Cheap and they said they would take care of it and I would receive an email in a couple of days with shipping info. After over a week and no email, I contacted them again! They said they would take care of it! I received an email stating it would arrive on July 3rd which is 2 days after my event that it was purchased for! A month is too long for this process and it has taken too long to be fixed! If I had received everything promptly I would have given a better rating!”

“The product pricing was good, but the checkout experience was frustrating. The website advertised “55% Off” and prompted me to enter my email and phone number to receive the discount. After going through the process, I discovered the discount was already applied and the offer was actually “up to 55% off,” not a guaranteed 55% off. This felt misleading and wasted my time. If the discount is already built into the pricing, there is no reason to require customers to submit contact information under the impression they’re unlocking an additional savings. The products may be fine, but the marketing tactics created unnecessary friction and reduced trust in the buying experience”

“my only complaint is that I am going to be ordering 50 yard signs and I want to see a sample. It is great that this site has a sample product available for $1.00, what's not great is that I have to pay 6.99 to get it to me. I think they should at least credit you the shipping cost of the sample if you place an order of that product once you get the sample.”
