“The product pricing was good, but the checkout experience was frustrating. The website advertised “55% Off” and prompted me to enter my email and phone number to receive the discount. After going through the process, I discovered the discount was already applied and the offer was actually “up to 55% off,” not a guaranteed 55% off. This felt misleading and wasted my time. If the discount is already built into the pricing, there is no reason to require customers to submit contact information under the impression they’re unlocking an additional savings. The products may be fine, but the marketing tactics created unnecessary friction and reduced trust in the buying experience”

“my only complaint is that I am going to be ordering 50 yard signs and I want to see a sample. It is great that this site has a sample product available for $1.00, what's not great is that I have to pay 6.99 to get it to me. I think they should at least credit you the shipping cost of the sample if you place an order of that product once you get the sample.”

“Signs on the cheap grossly overcharge for shipping. They claim to be giving a discount on their signs when they are upcharging for shipping fees. No way in hell it cost $33-72 for one box of signs. RIP-OFF. And they claim "it's what UPS charges". LIES. It isn't.”

“I have placed an order with 10 yard signs and 10 stakes. Arrival package only came with (1) yard stake. Took me 20 mins to discuss with the rep and they indicated it will take 4-6 business days. Yet, the order came in short and i have to wait another 4-6 business days? In addition, I have ordered Open House feather flag and pole, yet the box came in was cut with packing tape at the end. Yet, missing feather flag pole. I am very disappointed to do business with this company.”

“I would leave negative stars if I could. The worst customer service. I never received my order. They refused to help make the situation right after I was finally able to get ahold of them. Nasty customer service reps. Would not recommend”

“I’ve used Signs On The Cheap before without issues, but this experience completely changed my view of them. I submitted a high-quality file that looked crisp and clear. After I paid, I was told by their team that the image might come out blurry. Naturally, I asked for a simple confirmation: will it print sharp or not? Instead of answering that basic question, they kept sending proofs and asking me to approve. Every time I asked for a clear yes-or-no, I got the same response — basically telling me to approve it and that “we can agree to disagree” on the quality. That’s not acceptable. If you’re the printer, you should be able to confirm whether a file will print clearly. Instead, it felt like they were trying to push me to approve the order so that if it came out blurry, it would be my responsibility. This turned into a complete waste of time with constant back and forth and no real answer. I’ve never had a company refuse to confirm something this basic. I ended up requesting a refund because I lost confidence in them entirely. If you’re ordering from here, be very careful — don’t assume they’ll stand behind the quality of what they print.”

“Bad experience with this company, I received the wrong size sign, i sent them proof of what was ordered and I have the order that shows what i order got a small sign. tried to just get my order redone to what i ordered, all it is is going back and fourth with emails. when you call in customer service is no help. I will no longer use this company. Found a cheaper company and they do excellent work.”

“This company is not worth using. Lost my order and when I emailed them, they said they did not see my order then took the money out of my account 1 hour later and when I asked about it, they cancelled my order all together, NOT HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY. NOT RECOMMENDED!!! Customer service is a minus 10”

“This company has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. My order showed up more than a month late, and when it finally arrived, they had botched the printing on my business cards—a mistake that should never happen with a professional printing service. Apparently, they use a third-party company to print their orders. The customer service was even worse. The reps repeatedly fed me empty promises, saying they would “call me back with answers,” yet not once did anyone follow up. It felt like they just wanted to get me off the phone instead of actually helping. This level of incompetence and disregard for customers is unbelievable. I strongly urge anyone considering this company to look elsewhere.”
