“Not made easy to create my own sign. Dimensions are very limited. I had to call and speak to someone to figure out how to create a design. Took way too long. Not easy at all”

“To ship 2 metal yard sign frames they tried to charge $300 for shipping and they are a sign company. This company may have nice signs but beware of what they call shipping costs. Seems like the say low prices and try to make it back up with shipping costs.”

“Trying to get to the design team to make a quick revision was like getting through the military gestapo. Shelly kept going and going not transferring me over to the design team when the day before I was transferred right over and helped immediately. I made 5 calls to the company due to the design office closing before I could get through, then calling early this morning because she told be it opened at 5am my time.. no not true, the customer service opened not the design team. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!”

“Says you do next day shipping, but it doesn't say that you charge a crazy amount for the next day shipping until you are at check out and need the items. Don't post that you do next day shipping if you are not transparent that it will cost you 2 times the amount of the actual product. Will not recommend you to our other schools or teams. Hopefully our product comes in on time and without damage. We even made a phone call to customer service and the person even agreed that your site is misleading.”
