“MY FIRST ORDER WAS CANCELED WITHOUT EVEN TELLING ME. I PROMISED ALL THESE PEOPLE WITH THEIR SIGNS, WHICH I PAID FOR THE RUSH ORDER. NOW I HAD TO TOTALLY REDO IT, THEN PAY EVEN MORE FOR THE SHIPPING AND I WILL BE THE ONE OUT OF THE EXTRA MONEY BECAUSE OF SIGNS ON THE CHEAP NOT INFORMING ME OF CANCELING.,”

“Order process was great... the order was delayed so they overnighted it to make it right. That is where it all broke down. We put the vinyl on a piece of plywood on a Saturday afternoon. The next morning there are bubbles everywhere and two of the corners are peeling. We reapplied and it happened again. So we contacted customer service, we left voice mails never have gotten a return phone call. After several attempts at emails they blamed the paint it was flat instead of gloss. No where in any instructions that we have seen did it say that. So we tell them we will repaint but need them to honor their goof proof warranty and send us another vinyl. They respond by saying they can only do so at half price. This is what their warranty says.. "All of our custom vinyl lettering products are produced with you in mind. We offer top industry leading materials coupled with unparalleled industry know-how regardless of your do-it-yourself project. In fact, we are so confident that you can do this on your own that if for whatever reason you goof while installing your vinyl graphics, we will replace it for free - no questions asked. So, why wait? Buy with confidence and save money today!" I hesitate to do negative reviews but after wrestling with this company for over a month and getting the half price option, I feel it is only right to let everyone know that they are not a customer friendly company.”

“I’m a real estate professional and ordered signs with expedited shipping to meet a time-sensitive deadline. Despite paying $100 for faster delivery, my order arrived late—spread across two days—and not by the guaranteed date shown at checkout. I provided clear evidence of the delay, including a screenshot of the promised delivery date. I requested a refund only for the expedited shipping fee—a fair and reasonable ask. Unfortunately, their customer service was dismissive and unhelpful, refusing to acknowledge the discrepancy or accept responsibility. It’s disappointing when a company prioritizes deflecting blame over standing by their delivery commitments. As a result, I will no longer be using SignsOnTheCheap and will be encouraging my colleagues nationwide in my brokerage to consider more reliable vendors. I suggest others do the same if on-time delivery and professional service matter to you.”

“It took 2 days and 8 attempts to process the order. If I did not NEED the signs to match previously produced signs, I would NOT have placed this order. AND because of the delay, I have to pay for expedited shipping. I am so frustrated.”
