I’m a real estate professional and ordered signs with expedited shipping to meet a time-sensitive deadline. Despite paying $100 for faster delivery, my order arrived late—spread across two days—and not by the guaranteed date shown at checkout. I provided clear evidence of the delay, including a screenshot of the promised delivery date.
I requested a refund only for the expedited shipping fee—a fair and reasonable ask. Unfortunately, their customer service was dismissive and unhelpful, refusing to acknowledge the discrepancy or accept responsibility. It’s disappointing when a company prioritizes deflecting blame over standing by their delivery commitments.
As a result, I will no longer be using SignsOnTheCheap and will be encouraging my colleagues nationwide in my brokerage to consider more reliable vendors. I suggest others do the same if on-time delivery and professional service matter to you.
