“My total cost was $112 then the clock struck 12:10PM and my total with the same options shot up to $141. This is very bad customer service, especially when I have ordered from you multiple times. That is a hefty jump.....! There wasn't even a chat bot to speak with, only ask random questions to see if someone else had the same question previously.”

“There was an issue with my previous order. There was no contact attempted. My order was withheld and I was not told. I had to call the main number from the website with a screenshotted order ID because I never received an order confirmation. I made me return the order and pay again - leaving me with little funds on hand haying 2x to fix an issue on your end.”

“Everything was fine until I was about to pay. The shipping cost was out-rages plus the location is in Texas, plus it was in US dollars. It should be advertised as a US site. Not everyone lives in the US. A lot of wasted time.”

“Shipping is too expensive, and discount should go higher the more you buy not lower!! Also takes too long to come. Agents don't want to help you either. The only reason I am ordering is because I spent so much time designing and do not was to re-do them. I will not be back to this site. I used to order all the time but never again!!”
