“it was so hard to get both sides exactly right. i'd like the back to look lke the first one I designed. I could not figure out how to duplicate and it wasn't' a good experience. I had no idea it take hours to do two signs.”

“You advertise as 83 cents per sign and the. Charge 18 a piece and on top of that charge and additional 23$ for shipping that isn’t coming for another 2 weeks after you advertise that it ships the next day”

“I originally placed an order for lawn signs for my company and was happy with the result. I went back to my order and reordered my original item. The second order was a different font size, color, not centered, and I would not use to promote my business. I reached out to customer service to be offered a $90 credit or $90 refund on an order that was almost $300. After refusing to accept this I was told they would forward my complaint to the Art team. This took another week to be told it was the same order. Even after sending a picture to show difference of the signs they refused to help. I am now disputing the charge, sending back the 2nd order, and filing a complaint.”

“I run a Tree Service. I ordered a bulk order of signs. When they arrived they were cheaply made. The color was not correct and the design was not what we had asked for. We had called before order was processed to make sure that signs were correctly done. Conveniently there was no documentation when we called after receiving the order. They do not back their products. I wish there were negative stars I could assign this business.”
