I originally placed an order for lawn signs for my company and was happy with the result. I went back to my order and reordered my original item. The second order was a different font size, color, not centered, and I would not use to promote my business. I reached out to customer service to be offered a $90 credit or $90 refund on an order that was almost $300. After refusing to accept this I was told they would forward my complaint to the Art team. This took another week to be told it was the same order. Even after sending a picture to show difference of the signs they refused to help. I am now disputing the charge, sending back the 2nd order, and filing a complaint.
