“mislead on pricing”

“I received sign holders that were incompatible with the expensive signs I purchased. They told me I would have to pay shipping to receive the proper sign holders, and then would not combine that shipping with a new order for signs that would actually fit the improper holders that were sent. That makes absolutely no sense. I own two small businesses. They have lost me as a customer.”

“Very disappointed the my order was canceled. I purchased 24x18 inch signs and my order was cancelled with the reasoning I needed to reorder these as 18x24 with the logo I used. These signs are for a fundraiser that we are raising money for a 6 year old boy who was diagnosed with brain cancer and was given only 4 more months left of his life. It is critical that we get these signs ASAP to show this young boy support! I'm very disappointed that my order was cancelled and this company couldn't use a judgement call and have just used the 18x24 inch signs. Do to this, these signs will not be in on time for his fundraiser. So disappointing.”
