I received sign holders that were incompatible with the expensive signs I purchased. They told me I would have to pay shipping to receive the proper sign holders, and then would not combine that shipping with a new order for signs that would actually fit the improper holders that were sent. That makes absolutely no sense. I own two small businesses. They have lost me as a customer.
