Design reverted back to original sign so had to cancel order 30 minutes after placing it (once I saw the order email). Customer service stated that it could take 2-3 days to process the cancellation? I made the purchase 30 minutes previous. Agent was just reading off a script and had no idea how to talk to people. Atrocious.
