Would give 0 if I could. Ordered 20 rust proof, large, black metal stands for my signs. When they arrived they were all damaged when paint chipping, rust, and the metal not connected properly. I requested a refund however they ignored that request and without asking shipping 20 MORE frames. I am already stuck with 80lbs of frames I need to bring to the dump which costs money. I asked them to stop the new order that I did not ask for (in two separate emails) only for them to get back to me 3 days later saying it’s too late. So they won’t give me a refund and they couldn’t cancel the replacement order that I didn’t ask for.
