I set up an order online with all information and had a final price. I needed to show it to someone else before ordering, so after a couple of hours I was ready to order. I had received an email about leaving the order in the cart. I clicked on the link and it raised the price of the original order by about $12. The person I chatted with could not explain the price difference. It's annoying that the email made it sound like I was getting a discount, but, in reality, I was paying more. I had to go to another web browser and redesign the sign in order for the original price to come back. Not a great way to do business. I would have gone elsewhere but I've already spent so much time on this I just need the signs. Next time will probably be with someone else.
