As a repeat customer many times, I asked for shipping to be waived this time. The representative on the phone refused so I asked for a supervisor. After about 15 minutes waiting for a supervisor I finally said screw it and hung up. Debated whether or not to place my order. waited several days before going through with the order. I plan to research other vendors before I need to place another order.
