We originally placed our order back in May via email, followed up a couple weeks later, got not response. It appears our order was never placed. I emailed in on the same email thread, emailed back and forth with a rep and then when I tried to place the order again they told me that I couldn't do it with them but had to do it via the website. Not great customer service, at all!
