First let me say I have loved SOTC. You've always done a great job. I've bought signs for the last 5yrs for my business. I call, reorder or change the design. No problem. This last time, it's like I called a different company. First I can't even get ahold of you. The click to call on the website doesn't work right, then when you do call it's a busy signal and when you finally get through, you have to do a callback. Then when I get a callback, it's issues, 45min on hold and then they drop the call. I call back, more issues, hold, etc. etc. Mind you the links to simply reorder in my account don't work. So finally some good soul redesigns my existing sign to the same thing I always get and send me a reorder link. I don't know what happened to you guys but please go back to being the awesome place I dealt with. It can't be this hard to buy from you. Customers will just buy elsewhere. Thanks for listening.
