I had called and emailed the company to specificaly ask on how to make a two sided sign with different images. They sent me the an email on how I was to do it. I followed their instructions and even uploaded the second image. They arrived today and they were printed incorrectly. They stated that the 2nd side button was not checked. I know it was as I was able to upload another image. I called the company and they could have cared less and simply blamed us for the mistake. They offered zero solution. We have our national conference this week and we will be sure to let all of our fellow franchises know to not utilize this company. For the record we are a 750 million dollar company. I have useless signs at my office. Unbelievable
