You should be much more open about your shipping charges! I feel duped. I chose your sign making company because the prices were cheaper. I didn't realize that your shipping would be a third of the cost until after I had already designed my sign. Since I didn't want to start over completely, I was forced to pay it.
And I don't want to hear that all sign companies do this because most of them ship in around the same amount of time for about half the shipped cost. I truly am upset by this dishonest business practice.
