I have been using your company for at least 8 years. This year has been the worst. I applied for a refund that took 30 days to go through. Then, I go back to your site, and the shipping fees are the highest they have ever been. I understand how things are getting more expensive. I called and asked if I could negotiate the shipping fees, Bill said NO. I'm thinking that after all I had to go through to get my refund so that I can order more signs from you, the least you could do was reduce the cost of shipping. I would have purchased TWICE the number of signs. He said NO, we don't negotiate. I thought I was talking to an American that was being held hostage saying we don't negotiate with terrorists. I'm disappointed and I know you don't care. But I figured I would leave my comments anyway.
