I've never had such a bad experience with a company in my life. Terrible communications - waiting 30 to 40 minutes to reach a live person. Calls cut off several times and every time I called back and waited it was a different person and had to start over explaining my issues. My design wasn't uploaded on two different days, causing me to keep start over again. The sale price quoted the day before wasn't the sale price I received, and was attributed to changes being made in their computer system. Now I'm paying the extra $100 just to get this nightmare over with. I'm afraid to see what the actual signs will look like after all this. Cheap signs - cheap service.
