If I could put zero stars I would. I ordered signs over the weekend. I typed in my billing address and then my shipping address. Upon submitting the order I looked at the confirmation and the shipping address reverted to my billing address. I immediately attempted to call but there phone system was not accepting calls. I send a chat request with the same issue, finally I sent a support email and never got a reply. I attempted again on Monday with the same results. On Tuesday I was finally able to reach someone who said they would reroute the shipment to the correct address however that did not happen and the signs were delivered to my billing address 4 hours away from where the signs are needed. I have requested a refund as I am not able to get them to the designated location when they are needed. They claim to be processing a refund for the shipping however that does me no good, I am not able to find comparable prices for the shipment and it won't make delivery on time anyway. I would not recommend this company. I would quite like a full refund as the signs will now go to waste.
