Prices change every time you go forward or back and change anything. Free shipping is not free. They raise the price of the sign to make up for the free shipping. My price was originally $11.31 per sign and $50 shipping. Then jumped to $18.05 per sign with free shipping. The wire sign holders were $1.47, then $1.97, finally they were $2.53. The prices changing like that makes no sense at all.
