Hello, I have used your website for many years now and I have always been impressed with your quality and customer service experience. My poor rating doesn't reflect on your company as a whole, but rather on my specific experience with some aspects of your new editor. Please consider my feedback below in any future enhancements or changes to the editor. I thought your old editor was sort of bad, but it worked just fine and was easy. The new editor is very unclear about where the actual edge of the sign will be when using my pdf design that I uploaded. Even talking on the phone with your representative, they couldn't clearly explain what the actual sign area was. The proof view seems to indicate it is somewhere between the bleed edge and the safety zone. With the new bleed edge and safety zone system, it would be really helpful to be able to resize the image and maintain the aspect ratio. If there is a way to do that, I couldn't figure it out. It took a lot of effort on my part to try and resize the image while maintaining the aspect ratio. It would also be nice to have the center option like you provided in the old editor, so that you could resize and then center the image horizontally and vertically. I noticed a bug in the double-sided sign process when making all these changes. The double-sided sign seems to copy over the first design that you add just fine. However, if you update the first side design, the second side remains as it was when first copied over. Luckily, I caught this in the final proof presentation, but I had to go and manually change the second side to match the new image with larger bleeds and positioning that I added to the first side. This could cause some issues for customers if they aren't paying close attention to the final proof. Thanks for your consideration, Scott Longden
