Tried to reorder signs that were purchased in the past, due to program changes at your end, the letters were shifted. Told they could do nothing to fix it, had to go to art department and most likely would have to pay for new design. Or, redesign again online. Redesigned on line, got to check out per pc price for an order of 3 was more per pc than the price for 1, called they could not fix. Ended up ordering the same item 3 times at the 1 pc price.
