I ordered earlier today but never received a confirmation (despite being charged $94.54). When I called, I was told that the order never went through (the charge was "pending"). The agent told me to go back and reorder. This was annoying and time consuming, but I need the signs ASAP, so I did it. When I did, the exact same order cost me $116.75. WHAT?
