The new website was much harder to figure out. But we did it. But when we try to upload our designs, everything we spent hours designing is lost. Your customer support staff is not helpful at all. They just tell us that we have to do it all over again. We have countless hours trying to redo our designs over the last 3 weeks. It is hopeless. It's a shame because we ordered hundreds and hundreds of signs from you over the last 4 years. We will miss you. I suggest you fix your technical problems. We cannot be the only ones with these problems. A couple of people that I referred you to came back and told me the same thing. They claim it was an impossible website to deal with because they keep losing everything they try and upload. No longer very user friendly. Sorry. Goodbye forever.
