Shipping charges for express 2-3 days for an additional $110 and then not guaranteeing for 4 days is not acceptable. You state 2 to 3 days, I'm ordering on the 1st, so shipping would be on the 2nd and then receiving is on the 6th. Someone needs to look into this.
