The Customer Service Agent was super friendly and did the best she could to help me navigate the website. Unfortunately, the website itself needs updating to be more user friendly. I was successful in ordering some real estate signs but the metal A frame panels are not available on this site, I have to order separately from a competitor. Also, I wanted to order some name riders but the site does not give any option for adding grommets; so again, I have to go to a competitor to order those, Would be so nice to have one stop shopping.
