I browsed a number of online options for custom signs and this site was by far the least expensive. I wondered where the catch was. And I found out. The catch is that once you've invested the time and effort to design your custom sign and are fully committed, at the very last step of the payment process you discover that the shipping costs are absurdly high. $8 for the sign, $19 for shipping. There is no low-cost option. The shipping costs bring the order total to more or less what the competitors charge. Despite the advertising, there is no real discount. This kind of bait-and-switch is infuriating.
