And it seems I have to surface mail it back to you along with a copy of our Certificate from the State of Maryland. I need to get this sign order in now, so I've just completed it without the tax exemption thing. I will go ahead an post the two pieces of paper to you. Every other vendor we deal with simply requires our tax exemption number which is 31120190. I've been doing business with you guys for nearly ten years. I'm also very unhappy with the software change in not keeping back designs available in my account. And I've been asking for years that you find a less expensive shipping option which isn't rush.
