I ordered once, came in wrong. When called about it I didn't get a full refund I got a 20% refund. Let alone the customer service rep was rude and short with me. I asked for clear indication that the sign with work with what I wanted. was rude and said they had with a harsh tone and as I explained they did not, she got more mad and short with me. if I did not need these signs quickly I would not go with this company. The cost for the quality of the image I received was also poor, looked dirty instead of the wood look like the actual graphic.
