I was sent a tax exemption form, with the signature area NOT highlighted in blue, which I assumed was because I was completing a digital form -- as happened with my recent mortgage documents. So, I simply printed my name in the other box and dated, in addition to attaching my organization's tax exemption documents. After waiting on the phone for more than 20 minutes, I was told that this was a program error, and that I still had to sign. To do that I was told I had to find my own software to accomplish this, even though this was YOUR form that had a program error. I represent a very small arts organization in a community of 6000 in Wisconsin. I did not have to jump through these kind of signature hoops on an online document when I bought my house in 2018. This is unacceptable, and we will not be doing business with you again.
