I rate this review as poor because I placed an order and my order was wrong. The order was for my work business signs and I one box of 100 sign came printed with the incorrect number printed on it. The frustration comes in because the company has not resolved the issue and they are in my opinion are trying to say they didn't make a mistake. That was my second order I had place and despite the mix up I did like the quality of the work but I don't appreciate being given the run around about a mistake that they made. I order 400 signs that should have had all my correct information printed on it but instead another persons number was printed on it and sent to me. As a paying customer I deserve for my signs to be corrected and the company should be willing to correct the issue.
