You sent me an email message noting that if I'd return to place my order, I would receive 35% off - I DID NOT, and your shipping cost is outrageous! I tried to contact your company but kept getting a message that the "Captcha" did not work - keep trying, but the message never was accepted. We are just a small non-profit organization, and it is a financial hardship having to pay these prices.
