I spent several hours creating a new sign for a political campaign (I had previously placed a different order). When I finished my new sign design I saved it (and the system asked me for my email address and gave me a confirmation that the new project had been saved), I logged out for the day. Today when I came back to finish and place the new order, my new design was nowhere to be found. In a chat session the CS representative simply said she was sorry but there was nothing she could do. I only wasted about 4 hours of time. Very frustrating ordeal.
